• Location - 60 E Sunrise #60, Lindenhurst, NY 11757 (Suffolk County | South Shore | West Babylon)
• Schedule - part-time (3 days/week | Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays)
• Compensation - daily guarantee and % of production
• Office setup - digital practice with 7-operatories and Medicaid/PPO patient population
