Office Support Roles
Patient Coordinator
Patient Coordinators are the first point of contact with our patients at our front desk. You will put your outstanding customer service skills to good use and ensure excellent patient experiences. Patient Coordinators can move into Senior Patient Coordinator or Treatment Coordinator roles or move into a leadership role as an Operations Manager.
Treatment Coordinator
Treatment Coordinators serve as key members in the patient experience and flow. You will be responsible for explaining and ensuring the patient understands what treatment they need, the importance of the treatment to their overall health and the financing options Great Expressions can provide to enable patients to realize the smile they desire. Treatment Coordinators can grow their careers by moving into Operations Management roles.
Operations Manager
Operations Managers ensure the seamless functioning of their designated dental practice and support our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care. With support from HR, marketing, credentialing and IT, you’ll partner with the doctor and hygienists to manage the office effectively. Operations Managers start at the Manager level and can grow into Senior Manager, Group Practice Manager and finally Senior Group Practice Manager, based on the scope and scale of the practice that you manage.
