Team Member Engagement Committees

We have nine Team Member Engagement Committees, one for each geographic region and the Practice Support Center. These groups work on a variety of efforts to enhance our culture and recognize the great work of our people.

National Values Champions

Every month, our Engagement Committees select and honor individuals for their active demonstration of our values. Each Values Champion receives a framed certificate signed by the Great Expressions Executive Leadership Team and a jacket to commemorate the honor.

A Career That Sparkles

Onboarding

Great Expressions conducts a one-day new hire orientation for Team Members. Doctors and Hygienists complete a separate week-long orientation with their Clinical Partner or Regional Hygiene Director. New hires learn about the company’s history, Vision, Mission and Values, operations and Human Resources tools.

Career Paths

We offer career paths for all Team Members and Doctors, with a defined progression as you add skills and are ready to advance. We also have an open-borders growth philosophy that allows qualified Team Members to move into roles across the organization, even if they started in a different department.

GEDC University

Doctors benefit from an integrated Learning Management System (LMS) with access to an online library of 12 GEDC University PACE-accredited programs, as well as in-person continuing education courses sponsored through partnerships with Dentsply-Sirona and Straumann.

Office Builder Development Program

Office Builder is our professional development program that consists of interactive training sessions to ensure Managers are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate a full-functioning dental practice.
