Revenue Cycle Analyst

ADG, LLC seeks a Revenue Cycle Analyst in Southfield, MI to be responsible for assisting the Revenue Cycle Management Team in carrying out the responsibilities of the revenue cycle department, such as AR/Denial reporting, analysis, and integration matters of affiliated locations. Job Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting the Revenue Cycle Management Team in carrying out the responsibilities of the revenue cycle department, such as AR/Denial reporting, analysis, and integration matters of affiliated locations. This position will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle, and will also assist the broader RC Management Team with Team specific reporting and/or analysis.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly AR reporting
  • This also includes all subsequent reports that roll into the broader AR metric, including but not limited to: Denial, Collection, Vendor/Payer, and Cash reporting that all make up the Revenue Cycle Reporting Package
  • Improve EDI / EFT Processes across the Revenue Cycle Team
  • Manage the integration and reporting of affiliated locations
  • Other ad-hoc analysis as requested by direct Manager & Revenue Cycle Team Managers


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of revenue cycle standards
  • High level of detail orientation and organizational skills
  • Excellent math and analytical abilities
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and professionally in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of accounting information


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or bachelor's degree in business
  • 4-6 years' experience in accounting or revenue cycle
  • CPA, MBA or Masters of Accountancy is preferred but not required
