Executive Assistant, Care Delivery

What you'll do...

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) and Chief Operations Officer (COO) within the Care Delivery team. This role requires an expert in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, with strong organizational skills to manage executive-level priorities, coordinate committee meetings, and plan company-wide events. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This position is located at the GEDC Practice Support Center in Southfield, MI and would require an on-site presence 5 days per week.

Duties and Responsibilities...

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CCO and COO, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Develop professional, polished PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage executive calendars in Microsoft Outlook, schedule and coordinate meetings, and optimize time management.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Microsoft Teams communication, meeting setup, and virtual collaboration.
  • Organize and manage committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, materials distribution, and meeting minutes.
  • Lead planning and execution of the company's large annual event, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

What we require you have...

  • 5+ years of executive administrative support experience, preferably in a corporate, healthcare, or dental setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (expert-level), Outlook, and Teams.
  • Proven experience managing executive calendars, travel, and high-level communications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with committee or board meeting coordination, including agenda development and minutes.
  • Event planning and execution experience (corporate events, conferences, or large meetings).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously.
