Sr. Support Technician

What you'll do...

The Senior Support Specialist position is responsible for the support of end user desktop, laptop, phone, mobile device hardware, and software services. Addresses all incidents, according to service level agreements, through the service desk system.

This full-time position with a schedule of 1pm-10pm Monday-Friday and Rotating Saturdays.

What you'll bring to the team...

  • Work all incidents, according to service level agreements, within the service desk system
  • Leverage, design, and update enterprise desktop automation tools and implement additional automation
  • Support enterprise environment through Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
  • Analyze and make recommendations for hardware and software standardization
  • Document and/or improve procedures relating to standards and polices
  • Analytics, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Work in a collaborative team-oriented environment


What we require you have...

  • Experience in Microsoft enterprise environments
  • Administration experience with computer imaging and enterprise desktop automation tools
  • Experience using Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
  • Knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, such as printers and scanners
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


Education & Experience...

  • Associates degree in Computer Science or related computer discipline, or equivalent
  • Minimum of four years of experience working in Information Technology
  • Minimum of two year working in workstation system support
  • Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience
